State police at Lehighton released information on several incidents:
• A 53-year-old Bethlehem man is facing drug possession charges after police responded to an incident where the man was sleeping in the trunk of his vehicle.
Police said they were called to the area of Leisure Lane and Glenwood Road in Polk Township at 9:03 p.m. July 9 and after finding the man in a 2011 Ford discovered he was in possession of marijuana.
• A 76-year-old Lehighton man is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident. Police said the man went to their barracks on Interchange Road in Towamensing Township to report the incident at 11:23 a.m. July 11.
• A 36-year-old Kunkletown woman is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident. Police said at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 2 the woman reported someone opened a Bank of America account in her name.
• Police said a Wallingford man had his debit card information stolen from him, but he closed the account and did not have any money stolen from the account. The man reported the incident Aug. 3.
Brandon Morales, 19, of Lehighton, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks with harassment by physical contact after they responded to an incident at 9:02 p.m. Aug. 1 on Mahoning Drive East in Mahoning Township.
Police said the victim is a 48-year-old woman from Lehighton.
