A 23-year-old woman from Stroudsburg was cited by state police at the Stroudsburg barracks on a harassment charge after they were called at 4 p.m. July 31 to a property on Route 611 in Hamilton Township.

Police said a 23-year-old woman from Kunkletown reported the harassment at her place of employment.
