State police at Lehighton reported on area crashes:

• Robert Kroboth, 65, of Nazareth, was cited for following too closely after a crash at 12:27 p.m. July 21 on Route 115 in Ross Township. Police said he was driving a 2005 Ford F350 when he failed to see a stopped vehicle in front of his truck, which struck the rear of a 2016 Honda Accord operated by Heidi D. Powell, 37, of Bangor. She was stopped while attempting to turn left onto Meixsell Valley Road. No one was hurt. Both vehicles sustained disabling damages and were towed from the scene.

• Sean C. Loomis, 32, of Effort, was cited after a crash at 8:33 a.m. July 14 at the intersection of Silver Spring Boulevard and Bollinger Road in Eldred Township. He was operating a 2005 Honda Civic in a crash with a 211 Autocar Fleet driven by Jerry L. Strohl, 41, of Lehighton. No one was injured.
