State police at the Pocono barracks report on the following incidents:

• Police are investigating an incident that happened at mile marker 73.4 in East Penn Township at 11:19 p.m. July 13 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Mirrors on a 2005 GMC operated by Michelle L. Olson, 27, of Plains, and a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 driven by Paul J. Carlomangno Jr., 48, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, were struck by a passing vehicle that failed to stop.

Police said Olson was cited after the incident for driving while her license is suspended or revoked.

• Police said the mirror on a 2011 Mack Truck that was parked along side the turnpike was damaged when the mirror of a passing vehicle struck it.

It happened at mile marker 66.6 in Washington Township at 11:02 a.m. July 27.
