State police at Frackville report on the following incidents:

• Rafael Delarosa, 47, of Mahanoy City, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop of his Toyota Highlander at 11:12 p.m. July 2.

They stopped the vehicle for Motor Vehicle Code violations at the intersection of West Centre and North Nicholas streets in Mahanoy Township.

• Police responded to the State Correctional Institute in Ryan Township for an allegation of harassment by communications. The complainant, a 34-year-old man from Frackville, said the incident happened between 8 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. April 7.

• Copper wire was stolen in a burglary that was reported at 11:21 a.m. July 22. It happened on Valley Street in New Philadelphia.

A 48-year-old woman from Philadelphia, said someone gained entry to the home through an unknown means and stole several feet of copper wire.
