A 57-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman, both from Weatherly, were cited by for harassment after state police at Hazleton responded to a domestic incident at 3:42 p.m. July 6 on North Lehigh Gorge Drive in Lehigh Township. Police said both parties were involved in the physical altercation.
