Carl Jacob “CJ” Kern, son of Carl P. and Lisa Snell Kern, of Palmerton was named to the dean’s list in the College of Information Sciences & Technology for the spring semester at Pennsylvania State University, University Park.

Kern, a 2022 Palmerton graduate, recently finished his first year studying cybersecurity analytics and operations at Penn State.
