Nicole Woodard, 27, of Orwigsburg, is facing assault charges that were filed against her by state police at Schuylkill Haven after early morning incident July 8 in Blythe Township.

Police said a 29-year-old man from New Philadelphia told them he was assaulted by Woodard during a domestic incident on Market Street.
