Zakiah Harsch, 31, of Saylorsburg, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks for disorderly conduct after an incident at 12:37 a.m. July 23 at the intersection of Kuhenbeaker Road and Route 115 in Tunkhannock Township.

Police said they were conducting traffic control for the Pocono Race when a motorcycle approached them. They said Harsch then attempted to pull the motorcycle into traffic, at which time he resisted arrest and was taken into custody.
