A 34-year-old Walnutport man was cited by state police at the Fogelsville barracks for “scattering rubbish” after they responded to an illegal dumping incident at 5:38 p.m. July 11 on Valley Road in Weisenberg Township.

Police said a 62-year-old man from Fogelsville told them several trash bags were left on his property. Police said the Walnutport man was identified through their investigation and admitted to the dumping.
