Four crashes on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, including a rollover, required responses by state police at the Pocono barracks.
• Oliver E. West, 76, of Orangeburg, South Carolina, sustained suspected minor injuries in the rollover that happened at 1:54 p.m. July 16 at mile marker 68.2 in Washington Township.
Police said he was treated by Northern Valley EMS personnel nut he refused a medical transport.
They said he was driving a 2011 Honda Accord southbound in heavy rain and wet roadway conditions when he lost control of the vehicle. It crossed both lanes, striking the center concrete barrier before overturning and coming to rest in an upright position on the shoulder of the roadway.

• A 2004 Peterbuilt trailer was consumed by fire in an incident at 3:11 p.m. July 19 at mile marker 97.1 in Kidder Township.
Police said Elijah B. Landis, 46, of Green Lane, was driving the rig southbound when it experienced a flat tire. Police said he pulled the rig onto the shoulder of the road and fire broke out at the rear of the trailer. Police said Landis was able to separate the power unit from the trailer before it was ruined by fire.
• Police said an unknown vehicle crashed into a light pole at the Hickory Run Service Plaza (ramp) in Penn Forest Township. The driver fled the scene.
It happened at 1:28 p.m. July 17.
• A Coaldale woman’s car was damaged by a driver who left the scene of a crash at 7:32 p.m. June 4 in the parking lot of the Allentown Plaza.
Police said Susan M. Dixon, 57, returned to her 2017 Honda Civic only to find out an unknown vehicle backed out of a parking stall and struck it in the right fender area.
