• Twists and Turns: Sunday, July 23 through Thursday, July 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. your kids can join in on “Twist and Turns- Following Jesus Changes the Game” during Vacation Bible School at the Slatington Baptist Church. Schedule includes free meal at 6 p.m.; 6:30 to 7:45 p.m., singing, Bible lesson, crafts and games, and dessert at 7:45. Classes for all ages, nursery through adults. • Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church and St. John’s Lutheran Church, located at 2915 Fireline Road in Palmerton, joint Vacation Bible School at St. John’s from 6 to 8 p.m. July 31-Aug. 2.
