A 68-year-old Tamaqua man is the victim of a theft of services case that state police at the Frackville barracks were called to at 11:15 a.m. July 12.

Police said they were called to a property on Brook Lane, Walker Township, where the victim related he paid a $2,500 deposit for contracting services that were not completed.
