State police at Stroudsburg report the following incidents.
• The driver and passenger in a car that crashed and overturned an unknown number of times at 6:39 p.m. July 9 on Route 209 in Hamilton Township escaped injuries.
Police said Shalva Khokhobashvili, 21, of Brooklyn, New York, was driving a 2005 Toyota Prius westbound when it hit a puddle of water, left the left side of the road, began to turn sideways and overturned a number of times.
• A 38-year-old man from Tresckow was charged with criminal mischief after an incident at midnight July 7 along Robin Lane in Middle Smithfield Township.
A 29-year-old woman from Stroudsburg reported the man damaged a side door lock valued at $150 at her residence.
• Steven L. Longenbach, 34, of Slatington, was cited after a two-vehicle crash at 8:39 a.m. July 7 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
Police said he was driving a Isuzu northbound when it drifted over the line, striking a Nissan Titan driven by Michael A. Spano, 59, of Bethlehem. Police said the Isuzu then hit a guide rail.
Both vehicles were towed, and no one was injured in the incident.
