Schuylkill County’s Children and Youth Services Agency has a solid bank of lawyers on its team.

County commissioners on Wednesday approved five attorneys for the agency.

They include: Mary Kathleen O’Connor, Frackville, at a monthly retainer of $2,845.46 and $100 an hour for extraordinary expenses; Karen Rismiller, Pottsville, at the same rates; and Thomas J. Campion, Pottsville; James G. Conville, Schuylkill Haven; and Thomas Pellish, Pottsville, for independent counsel services for dependent, alleged dependent, and formerly dependent youth, as appointed by the county Court of Common Pleas under the authority of President Judge Jacqueline L. Russell, with monthly retainers of $4,216.56 and $75 an hour for extraordinary expenses each.
