Bowmanstown Borough Council on a 6-0 vote took the following action on Tuesday:

• Benesch Engineering submit a draft resolution to include with the mutli-modal transportation fund grant submission.

• Benesch will prepare the annual MS-4 report for submission for 2022 to the state Department of Environmental Protection by Sept. 30.

• Flood insurance for the wastewater treatment plant was renewed at a cost of $4,330 for 12 months.

• The three-year planned maintenance agreement for the wastewater treatment plant generator from Penn Power System has been received.

• The garbage specifications will be advertised July 17 and Aug. 21.

• Appointed Ron Gantz and Rachel Melendez to the borough’s Planning Commission.

• Council will hold a workshop at 7 p.m. July 18.
