James Demarco, 51, and Mitzi Demarco, 59, of Henryville, have been charged by the state’s Bureau of Gaming Enforcement at the Mt. Airy Casino with theft of lost or mislaid property.

Police said it happened at 10:52 p.m. June 30 at the Paradise Township casino when the Demarcos were found to be in possession of mislaid property of a 57-year-old man from West Pittston. Police said the Demarcos denied taking the property.
