Prepare for an enchanting evening of entertainment and community spirit as Sam Miller Movie Night takes center stage at Sam Miller Field, 130 North Ave., Jim Thorpe, sponsored by the Jim Thorpe Independent Film Festival.

Join the group at 8 p.m. on July 21 for a special screening of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Admission is free-for-all attendees, but donations will be accepted.

Immerse yourself in the nostalgic world of this beloved new classic and embark on a thrilling adventure with Mario and Luigi.

Beyond the joy of watching movies under the stars, this event holds a deeper purpose. Donations collected during the evening will be dedicated to replacing the playground equipment at Sam Miller Field.

“Sam Miller Movie Night is a perfect opportunity for the community to gather with their families and friends, make memories, and help bring much-needed attention to the playground equipment needs,” said Jocelyn O’Neil, co-founder of the Jim Thorpe Independent Film Festival. “We are proud to support this event and encourage everyone to join us in embracing the spirit of summer and the joy of giving back for a good cause.”
