State Police at Bethlehem

State police at Bethlehem reported the following incidents:

• Police are investigating a theft from a Slatington man between May 24 and June 24 at a property on Main Street in Washington Township.

An archery target, valued at $30, was taken off the property.

• Katie Donchez, 35, of Germansville, was cited by with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after they were called to a domestic disturbance at 9:46 p.m. June 14 at 5283 Heidelberg Heights Road in Heidelberg Township.

Police said they were told Donchez took the keys to a Dodge Baravan owned by Kelly Donchez, 59, also of Germansville, after being told not to. They said Katie Donchez returned home several hours later without the vehicle and an argument occurred.

Police said Katie Donchez was be under the influence of alcohol and tried to prevent them from speaking to Kelly Donchez. Police said a struggle ensued and they took Katie Donchez into custody. She was taken to Lehigh County Central Booking on a probation detainer and to be arraigned.

Police said the vehicle was located and towed by Ironton Towing.

• A 74-year-old New Tripoli woman reported a theft at a property on Mountain Road in Heidelberg Township to police at 6:45 p.m. June 20.

Police said someone stole an employee’s phone from her desk. The phone, valued at $130, was recovered, police said.

• Police are investigating the theft of 10 arborvitae plants from Hillside Mini Golf and Ice Cream, 3219 Cherryville Road, Northampton.

Police said it was reported at 10:07 p.m. June 25 that someone dug up the plants and removed them from the mulched property. The plants are valued at $150, police said.

• Police were summoned to a theft by deception case at 7:52 p.m. May 27 at 3244 Fairland Drive, North Whitehall Township. Police said the victim told them someone had their banking information and used it in an unauthorized ATM transaction.

• Police said an 86-year-old woman from Allen Township was scammed by telephone into purchasing an American Express card for $60. The incident was reported at 8:24 a.m. May 29.
