Jacob Rudy, son of Francis and Kristine Rudy of New Ringgold, graduated from Misericordia University on May 13.

He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing and a minor in health care management with the honor of magna cum laude.

A 2019 Tamaqua Area High School graduate, his grandparents are Donald R. Fegley Sr., and the late Miriam McLaughlin Fegley.

He will be working at LVHN-Schuylkill in the emergency room. He is continuing his education toward his doctor of nursing in the fall at Misericordia University.
