Caitlin Smith, of Hometown, a mechanical engineering major at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, made the dean’s list for the spring semester. She is a 2021 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School and the daughter of Kerry and Tara Smith of Hometown.
