The Chief of the Dental staff at St. Joseph Hospital, Dr. P.C. Damico, a former Lansford resident, was recently elected vice president of the Pennsylvania Society of Dentistry for Children.

Dr. Damico practices in Hazleton with Dr. J.A. Donato and currently is the president-elect of the Third District Dental Society. He has served as past president and secretary of the Hazleton District Dental Society and past president and vice president of the Northeast Section of the Pennsylvania Society of Dentistry for Children.

A 1964 graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry, he served as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy.
