Fire companies from two counties were dispatched to a dwelling fire Monday night in West Penn Township. The fire was reported just after 9 p.m. in a home in the 900 block of Clamtown Road, Route 443. Fire companies from West Penn, Clamtown, Tamaqua, Coaldale, Lansford, Summit Hill and Nesquehoning were dispatched to the scene. The fire was believed to be electrical in nature.
