Monroe County incidents

State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported on several incidents:

• Police said they were dispatched to Ertle Powersports, Route 611, Hamilton Township, at 1:49 p.m. June 14 to investigate a reported theft of a motor vehicle.

Police said a green motorcycle was supposed to be delivered to the dealership but its owners reported it cannot be found.

• State police at the Stroudsburg barracks said they were summoned at 8:41 a.m. May 17 to a property on Rimrock Road, Hamilton Township, to investigate a potential child abuse case.

Police said the victim is a 12-year-old girl from East Stroudsburg.

The matter is being investigated by police and the Monroe County Office of Children and Youth Services.

• A 48-year-old Saylorsburg woman is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop conducted by state police at the Stroudsburg barracks.

They stopped her in a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox for a traffic violation at the intersection of Route 209 ad Glen Lane South in Chestnuthill Township.
