• Grace Community Church of Lansford, 15 W Ridge St, Lansford, Vacation Bible School, June 19-23. 6-8 p.m. for grades K-6. No registration needed. Bible lesson, craft, snack, fun songs.

Family night will be Friday evening.

• Hope Community Fellowship Church, 306 Bridge St., Weissport, June 19-23 for kids ages 3 years - 5th grade, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Theme: Following Jesus the Light of the World. Call 610-379-2181 or vbs@hopeinweissport.org

• Faith Alive Church, 678 Pine Street, Palmerton, will hold Vacation Bible School from June 19-23. Dinner 5-6 p.m., 6-8:30 p.m. This year’s theme is Twists and Turns: Following Jesus Changes the Game. There will be a Bible Study game room, crafts, missions and snacks. • Ben Salem UCC, 1965 Church Hill Road, Lehighton will hold Vacation Bible School June 19 through June 22 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. June 23 is Family Fun Night will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. The theme of Vacation Bible School is Shine Jesus’ Light. Call 570-386-3870.

• Effort UMC, located on Merwinsburg Road, Effort, will hold its Vacation Bible School from June 25-30. The theme is Babylon, Daniel’s Courage in Captivity.

On Sunday, the classes will be from 12:30 to 3 p.m., with lunch provided and on Monday through Friday, the classes will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. evenings. Meals will be provided.

• St. Peter’s UMC, Saylorsburg, will kick off a new summer program on June 23, offering families a weekend of activity.

The church will offer free Fourth Friday Family Fun Flicks again, followed on Saturday by Vacation Bible School from 10 a.m. to noon for ages 5-12 and worship at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

The VBS program will include a Bible story, songs, crafts, a snack and other activities.

• Zion’s Stone Church of West Penn Township, 45 Cemetery Road, New Ringgold, June 26-30, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Theme is “Twists and Turns.” For ages 3 to Grade 5. For information, www.zionstonechurch.org. Click on the VBS tab.

• Vacation Bible School will take place Monday, June 26 through Friday, June 30, 6 to 8 p.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Church, 260 North 3rd Street, Lehighton. Take a “Radical Ride” around the world with amazing angels and super saints. Buckle up as you prepare to soar through awesome lessons about prayer and how to put it into action. • Dinkey Church, Ashfield will host Vacation Bible School from 6 to 8:30 p.m. June 26, 27 and 28. The theme is“Food Truck Party.” Registration is greatly encouraged. Call the St. John’s church office at 570-386-9960.

• Cornerstone Community Church is presenting “Keepers of the Kingdom” from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 9 through 13. Closing program is 7 p.m. July 14. For ages 4 to beginning 6th grade in the fall. • Lewistown Valley Vacation Bible School held at Lewistown Valley Tabernacle, July 10-14, 6 to 8:15 p.m. Theme: Keepers of the Kingdom. For information, call 570-952-1678.

• St. Matthew’s Church, Kunkletown is hosting Hero Hotline VBS in the church grove July 17-21. VBS will be held daily from 9 a.m. to noon, and there is an optional field trip for families one afternoon. Open to students ages 3 to 12. Youth helpers ages 13 to 17 and adult leaders are invited to join the team. VBS includes Bible storytelling, crafts, science experiments, snacks, games, music, fellowship, mission project, and making new friends.

The grove address is 124 Picnic Lane, Kunkletown. Registration is capped at 48 students, so please register early to save your spot.
