June 9, 1992 - A pitching gem from Greg Flyte allows Lehighton to earn a 1-0 Lehigh Valley Legion victory over South Parkland. Flyte tosses a one-hitter, which comes in the first inning, allows four walks and strikes out three. A member of Drexel University’s team during the spring, Flyte hadn’t pitched in almost a year. The game’s only run comes in the fourth inning when Randy Hydro walks, steals second and scores on a one-out double off the bat of Dave Figura. Figura ends the contest with two hits, while Nelson Ulshafer adds a double.
