Brandon Kyle Loch, 29, of New Tripoli, was cited by the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, after an incident at 1:26 a.m. May 14 at 104 E. Main St., Bath.

Police said he was cited for causing a public inconvenience, recklessly creating a risk and creating a hazard by an act that served no purpose.
