State police reported on crashes on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
• Matthew M. Hansen, 25, of Spring City, was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed after a crash at 12:30 a.m. April 20 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Police said it happened at mile marker 81.9 in Penn Forest Township when Hansen, driving a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek southbound, lost control of the vehicle, hitting a concrete barrier and a guide rail. He was uninjured.
Police said the vehicle was towed from the scene.
• Ethan R. Hrabousky, 26, of Tamaqua, was cited by state police at the King of Prussia barracks for failure to drive at a safe speed after a crash at 4:23 a.m. May 4 at mile marker 50 in Upper Milford Township.
Police said he was driving a 2017 Subaru Impreza southbound and was attempting to overtake a 2017 Chevrolet driven by Lawrence H. Kingsley, 53, of Allentown, when the Subaru struck the driver’s side rear of the Chevrolet.
Neither driver was hurt, police said.
