State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned to a property off Molasses Valley Road in Polk Township at 4:27 p.m. May 2 to investigate a trespassing case and found two vehicles in the driveway of the property, where marijuana was seized.

Police arrested Christian Meehan, 18, of Blakeslee, on drug possession charges after they observed a 2018 Ford Edge and a 2015 Volvo in the driveway and determined multiple young adult males were smoking marijuana there. Police said they located and seized the marijuana after searching the vehicles.
