Eight priests of the Diocese of Allentown will have completed 25 years in the priesthood this month.

The silver jubilarians include Rev. Frederick A. Winkler, principal of Marian High School, Tamaqua; the Rev. James R. Brady, Jim Thorpe; Father Stanley J. Luksys and his twin brother, the Rev. John S. Luksys, of Tamaqua; Rev. Joseph C. Basovsky, a native of Coaldale and currently an assistant pastor in Palmerton; Father Stephen Bednarik, Rev. Joseph A. Feeny, Rev. Francis J. Fox and Rev. James L. Scott.

All of the priests will be celebrating solemn Mass of Thanksgiving events throughout the reason at parishes or schools in which they have been associated.
