Tamaqua police cited Juan Molina Cruz, 37, of Reading, for driving with a suspended registration and having open containers of alcohol.

Police said they pulled over Cruz at 12:50 p.m. April 13 for the suspended registration. Officers were given consent to search the vehicle and found an open can containing a malt beverage, along with coffee cups containing alcohol.
