A disabled tractor trailer blocked South Ninth Street in Lehighton this morning. The incident occurred around 10 a.m. when the operator of the J. B. Hunt rig was attempting to make a delivery to Standard Metal Industries when he got hung up. South Ninth Street was closed from Route 443 to Bridge Street.
