State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating the following incidents:
• Police said Francesco Pavia, 51, of Nesquehoning, told them he had tools stolen from an employee who worked for him at a residence at 364 Fairview St., Rush Township, where the incident took place at 8:32 p.m. April 7.
Pavia said he drive to the residence to confront the person when an argument started and he was immediately met by a group of people. Pavia said one of the people retrieved a metal baseball bat and struck his 2015 Kia numerous times, causing extensive damages, estimated to be $6,000.
• Police were called to the Tamaqua Middle School, Penn Street, Walker Township, to investigate an indecent assault case.
Police said the victim is a man from Nesquehoning and that the incident that took place between 6 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. March 24 was between two juvenile students.
• Police are investigating an indecent assault case.
Police said they were called at 1:37 p.m. March 6 to a property on Walnut Street in Delano Township to investigate the case involving a 4-year-old girl from Delano.
• Police said a 60-year-old Frackville man is the victim of a harassment incident.
They were summoned to the state prison off Altamont Boulevard in Ryan Township.
Police said they received an allegation of harassment between the staff member and an inmate that took place between on March 14.
