The Berlinsville Hotel, 4588 Lehigh Drive, Walnutport, has been cited for violating state liquor laws.

State police said the offense took place on March 21 when the business furnished alcohol to a minor who was 20 years of age.

The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties for the violation.
