State police at the Frackville barracks were summoned to a private property crash at 7:21 a.m. April 24.

It happened off Mulberry Street in Tuscarora.

Police said a GFL Environmental disposal (Mack) truck was attempting to empty a dumpster when it struck the Tuscarora Fire Company building.
