Pa. Turnpike incidents

Pennsylvania State Police reported on two crashes:

• No one was injured on a one-vehicle crash at 6:43 p.m. April 15 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

State police at the Pocono barracks said it happened at 6:43 p.m. April 15 in Washington Township.

Police said Isaq Halimi, 19, of Philadelphia, was driving a 200 Honda Civic southbound when it lost traction and impacted the western embankment, coming to rest in the right lane.

Police said Halimi was cited for “required financial responsibility.”

• Blake E. Schiller, 33, of Kunkletown, was uninjured in a two-vehicle crash at 9:29 a.m. April 14 on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

State police at the King of Prussia barracks said he was driving a 2015 Hummer eastbound in Bensalem Township when he stopped for traffic due to a crash ahead of it when it was struck from behind by a 2015 Chevrolet operated by Wilbert H. Gant III, 60, of Bristol.

Police said Gant was cited for following too closely.
