State police at Lehighton reported on several incidents:

• Police are investigating a drug possession and intent to deliver case that they were called to at 5:24 p.m. April 5.

Police said they were summoned to a property on Blue Ridge Road and Dana Drive in Ross Township to investigate the matter.

• A 25-year-old Stroudsburg man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance following a traffic stop made by police at 2:42 a.m. April 18.

Police stopped him at the intersection of Greenview Drive and Hickory Lane in Chestnuthill Township

• A 37-year-old Brodheadsville man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop.

Police said they stopped him for a Motor Vehicle Code violation while he was driving a 2021 Nissan Versa at 1:07 a.m. April 19 at the intersection of Route 209 and Baxters Bend in Chestnuthill Township.
