State police at the Bethlehem barracks said a 21-year-old man from Fogelsville will be charged with driving under the influence following a one-vehicle crash at 12:55 a.m. on March 5 on Route 873 in Washington Township.

Police said he was driving a 2004 Honda Accord that crashed, and then he fled the scene.

Police said he was later taken into custody. Police did not release his name.
