State police at the Frackville barracks were summoned to a one-vehicle crash at 12:21 a.m. April 1 on Clamtown Road in East Brunswick Township.

Police said a 27-year-old Hazleton man was operating a 2008 Honda Accord when he lost control of it. The vehicle left the roadway and struck an embankment.

Police said charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana are pending against the driver.
