Full moon bog walk
Monroe County Conservation District’s Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center offers full moon bog walk on May 4. An Environmental Educator will lead the exploration of the bog under the light of a full moon. The walk begins at 6:30 p.m. and participants should bring a flashlight. and appropriate footwear.
Pre-registration required and limited.
Friendship Day
Church Women United of Monroe County has announced its May Friendship Day celebration as set for 1:30 p.m., May 6, at Zion United Church of Christ, 1160 Clause Drive, Stroudsburg.
There will be dessert and coffee/tea after the service.

The Effort Women’s Group is hosting a spring flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 6.

Flea market on May 20
St. Peter’s UMC, Saylorsburg, has announced its flea market for May 20, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a rain date of May 27. Vendor spaces available in the paved lot include a table. Spaces on the grass are without a table.
Vendor spaces must be prepaid and are non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to St. Peter’s United Methodist Church, noting flea market in the memo. Call 570-992-6930 for space reservations and information/terms clarification.

Monroe County Conservation District and Monroe County Federation of Sportsmens Club is sponsoring Conservation camp in July being held at Stony Acres.
