State police at the Lehighton barracks said two people were cited for false reports to law enforcement after a one-vehicle crash at 9:40 a.m. Dec. 28, 2022.

It happened at the intersection of Hahn’s Dairy and Spruce Hollow roads in Lower Towamensing Township.

Police said a 75-year-old man from Kunkletown and a 16-year-old boy from Palmerton were cited after it was learned the juvenile was operating the 2004 Ford F250.
