A man was taken into custody after an incident Tuesday morning at the Community Bank at First and North streets in Lehighton.
Borough police Chief Joe Sparich said the matter is being investigated, but confirmed one person is in custody.
Sparich said the man was taken into custody for a non-violent incident, and that there is no threat to the community.
