State police at Frackville were summoned to the McDonald’s in New Castle Township at 11:06 p.m. April 10 after a man displayed a graphic photo on the screen of his cellphone to the employee at the window.

The victim is a 17-year-old girl from Barnesville.

Police said they charged Brandon Haag, 28, of Mount Carbon, after he was located driving a 2010 Jeep that fled the scene. Police said they used McDonald’s video surveillance camera to track down the driver.
