State police at Fogelsville were summoned to investigate an identity theft case.

Police said a man impersonated a Summit Hill woman who he employed in an attempt to get her out of jury duty.

Police said they were summoned to Hamilton Boulevard at 5:34 p.m. April 17 when the woman told them her boss contacted the court and provided her information without her consent.
