West Penn Township Police
West Penn Township police recently charged several people with vehicle code violations.
The township is divided by busy routes 309 and 895, which run from the Lehigh Valley through Hazleton, and Pottsville to Lehighton, respectively.
Kelly R. Patterson, 37, of Coaldale: operating a vehicle following suspension of registration on April 18.
Maria Santos Fernandez, 22, of Hazleton, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle on April 15.
Carlo F. Frank, 74, of Richlandtown, Bucks County, driving an uninspected vehicle; violations of use of certificate of inspection; driving without insurance; driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; and registration and certificate of title required, all on April 15.
Angel Andre Osoria, 23, of West Hazleton, driving without insurance, registration and certificate of title required or an inspection sticker on April 15.
Henrry Cabrera Rosario, 21, of Conyngham, Luzerne County, operating a vehicle following suspension of registration on April 15.
Travis Alan Bashore, 27, of Hamburg, registration and certificate of title required and operating a vehicle following suspension of registration on April 7.
Lorenzos Ristorante Inc., Reading, Berks County, permitting violation of title and driving an unregistered vehicle on April 6.
Kyle Martin, 31, of Tuscarora, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, registration and certificate of title required on April 6.

Henry Milton Watson, 32, of Tamaqua: receiving stolen property, identity theft; driving an unregistered vehicle; improper use of dealer registration plate; misuse of plate-card (registration), driving while his operating privileges were suspended or revoked, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection sticker on April 5.
