Jonathan M. Cole, 27, of Bartonsville, was cited by state police at the Stroudsburg barracks for failure to drive at a safe speed after a one-vehicle crash at 10:14 p.m. April 7.

It happened on Route 33 when Cole was southbound in a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. Police said he crossed the fog line on the right shoulder of the road and struck a guide rail.

The car traveled down an embankment and flipped onto its roof. It came to rest between Route 33 and the off-ramp and was towed from the scene.

Cole was uninjured, police said.
