Michael K. Terry, 34, of Palmerton, was cited by state police at the Bethlehem barracks for failure to drive at a safe speed following a one-vehicle crash at 11:40 p.m. March 31 on Mountain Road in Heidelberg Township. He was uninjured.

Police said he was driving a 2004 Dodge Ram truck that went out of control, spun out, crossed the road and went down an embankment, striking a ditch.

The truck was towed from the scene.
