Matthew Caprioli, 33, of Reeders, was charged by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks with stalking/harassment and was committed to the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville.

Police said they were summoned at 2:53 p.m. March 30 to a location at Frailey Road and Pocono Creek Drive, Jackson Township, where a 41-year-old woman from Reeders and a 44-year-old man from Newville, told police Caprioli followed them throughout Monroe County for a 41-minute period.

Police said Caprioli was previously contacted by police and the victims and told not to contact them or return to their residence.
