Frank Boslet, trading as Hiller’s Hideaway, 514 E. Union St., Tamaqua, has been cited by the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, for a violation of the state’s liquor laws.

Police said during the period of Jan. 3 through March 2, the owner failed to comply with an order of an administrative law judge mandating responsible alcohol management certification.
