State police at Stroudsburg released information on the following incidents:
• A 46-year-old Allentown man is facing charges of terroristic threats and harassment following an incident at 9:47 a.m. Feb. 26 in Hamilton Township.
Police said they were called to a property on Manor Drive in the township to investigate threats against a 42-year-old woman from Nicholson.
• A 30-year-old Stroudsburg man is the victim of a theft by deception incident.
Police said they were summoned on Feb. 19 to a residence on Dewey Lane in Hamilton Township, where the man told them someone withdrew $300 and $200 from his debit account through ATMs at the First Keystone Community Bank.
• A 39-year-old woman from Howard Beach, New York, is facing charges of driving under the influence and possession of drugs after state police responded to an incident at 3:04 p.m. Feb. 17 at the intersection of Manor Drive and Beaver Valley Road in Hamilton Township.
Police said they were dispatched to a report of a 2016 Subaru Impreza stopped in the roadway and he woman was in an intoxicated DUI state. She was taken to the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville, for a blood draw and processing.
• A 49-year-old Stroudsburg woman was charged with harassment after they were called to an active domestic altercation that took place at 9:21 p.m. Feb. 26 along Heritage Boulevard in Hamilton Township.
Police said a 15-year-old boy from Stroudsburg reported he was pushed, scratched and struck by a broom by the woman.
• The driver of a vehicle that landed in a ditch off Crest View Drive in Hamilton Township was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police said the crash happened at 12:52 a.m. Feb. 26 when the driver of a 2006 Buick Lucerne attempted to back the vehicle from a driveway, resulting in it landing in a ditch.
